Western Australia

Western Australia has for some time now actively engaged the private sector in the provision of physical infrastructure and ancillary services. However, this engagement occurred for the most part in the absence of a formal policy position.

In December 2002 'Partnerships for Growth' was released as the Policies and Guidelines for Public Private Partnerships in Western Australia.

The Government is looking to offer new opportunities for the private sector to work with Government in delivering future projects.
